Onsite Computer Technologies is not responsible for any data loss in any way, shape or form.
Onsite Computer Technologies will do what ever possible to prevent any type of system crashes or data loss during the repair although under rare circumstances it can not be avoided and the data may not be retrievable. Onsite Computer Technologies is still not responsible. The customer will be notified of the risk before preceding with the repair under these circumstances unless directed otherwise.
Onsite Computer Technologies requires all residential customers to pay upon the completion of the repair/installation. After the first hour is completed and the technician needs more time to complete the repair the customer will be notified and will have to give consent for the technician to continue the repair.
Onsite Computer Technologies requires all business customers to pay upon the completion of the repair/installation. After the first hour is completed and the technician needs more time to complete the repair the customer will be notified and will have to give consent for the technician to continue the repair. Once a relationship is developed between the business customer and Onsite Computer Technologies, the business customer will be offered a Net30 from Onsite Computer Technologies and the customer will be billed within 10 days of the site visit.
Onsite Computer Technologies has a 24 hour turn around from the time the call was received and scheduled till the site visit. Under rare circumstances Onsite Computer Technologies may have to reschedule to a later time than the original time scheduled.
